My name is Mimi, also known as  "The Empanada Queen" I began this journey with one goal: to craft exceptional empanadas that are convenient, flavorful, and true to my roots.   Today, that passion has expanded into a diverse selection of small bites and additional services, all made with authentic ingredients and a commitment to quality. Our dishes blend the bold flavors of Mexican, Southern, Caribbean, and American cuisines, creating food that take you to a happy place.   Since 2019, our community has helped us grow into a trusted source for affordable, healthy, and delicious foods for any occasion.
