Our Policy

Catering Orders:

72 hour notice is required for up to 25 guests

14-day notice is required for up to 50 guests

21-day notice is required for up to 75 guests

30-day notice 100+

Payments: Payment is due in full to secure ANY order. You will receive an invoice confirming your order. All major credit cards and cash are accepted.

No cash accepted for catering services. Cash is only accepted at pop-up events.

Deposits: For catering orders, 75% of the balance is due upfront to secure your order! The remainder needs to be submitted by noon on the day of drop-off. If proper notice is not given for your event, the full balance is due in full, NO exceptions!

Drop-off Deliveries: If you would like your order dropped off, you must include the drop-off time and location when you place your order. If you live in an apartment complex or a building, please make sure to provide Apt or building#. If you live in a building that may require a code or call upon entering, please be prepared to meet downstairs for delivery. Deliveries beyond a 5-mile radius will incur additional fees.

Additional Charges: custom orders, specialty items, emergency orders less than 24-hour notice, additional guests, additional food, or change of date or location, NO EXCEPTIONS!

Pop-Ups: First come, first come, first serve or until sold out! NO Deliveries available during any Pop-Up events! ALL major Credit/Debit Cards accepted. *Cash accepted at pop-up events ONLY!

Refunds: NO REFUNDS on any catering order within 7 days or less of the event date or delivery of goods and or services. Customers may be entitled to a refund if a cancellation notice has been given within 7 days or more of the event. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed.

Allergy Disclosure: Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish, or wheat.

Dietary Options: Vegetarian & Vegan options available.
