Our Policy

Ordering: 72 hour notice is required for up to 25 guest

7-day notice is required for up to 50 guest

14-day notice is required for up to 75 guest

For 100+ please inquire.

Payments: Payment is due in full to secure ANY order. You will receive an invoice confirming your order. All major credit cards and cash are accepted; however, no cash is accepted on catering services or shipping orders. *Cash is only accepted at pop-up events!

Deposits: For catering orders, 75% of the balance is due upfront to secure your order! The remainder needs to be submitted by noon on the day of drop-off. If proper notice is not given for your event, the full balance is due in full, NO exceptions!

Refunds: NO REFUNDS on any catering order within 7 days or less of the event date or delivery of goods and or services. Customers may be entitled to a refund if a cancellation notice has been given within 7 days or more of the event. Please allow 7-10 business days for refund to be processed.

Shipping & Delivery: Please allow 7-10 business days for prep & delivery of your product.

Free delivery within a 5-mile radius. Free delivery if you spend more than $100 (does not apply to shipping).

Drop-off Deliveries: If you would like your order dropped off, you MUST include the drop-off time and location when you place your order. If you live an apartment complex, or a building please make sure to provide Apt or building#. If you live in a building that may require a code or call upon entering, please be prepared to receive a call upon arrival for smooth delivery. Deliveries beyond a 5 mile radius will incur additional fees.

Additional Charges: custom orders, specialty items, emergency orders less than 24-hour notice, additional guests, additional food, or change of date or location, NO EXCEPTIONS!

Pop-Ups: First come-First serve or until sold out! NO Deliveries are available during any Pop-Up events! ALL major Credit/Debit Cards accepted. *Cash accepted at pop-up events ONLY!

Allergy Disclosure: Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish, or wheat.
